What is the condition of your preowned items?
In addition to brand new items, we also offer carefully curated pre-owned pieces. Please note that pre-owned items may show minor signs of wear, even if unused. This can occur due to storage or other factors.
We encourage you to review the product descriptions, prices, and images for detailed information on each item's condition. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’re always happy to help.
Do you have a showroom?
We operate exclusively online—no physical showroom or collection point. All communication is handled via email, phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
If you'd like more info about a specific item, you’re welcome to reach out at any time.
Can I collect my order?
We do not offer in-person collection. All orders are delivered directly to your door, with full tracking details provided for your convenience.

Lay-By?
Yes, we do! We offer flexible Lay-By options starting from R1000. Choose between our standard 3-month plan or a custom plan designed around your needs.
Standard Lay-By:

Immediate deposit required: 25%

Balance: Pay the remaining amount over 3 months.
Custom Lay-By:
Need more flexibility? We’ll work with you to create a personalised Lay-By plan.
To set up a Lay-By, simply email us and we’ll take care of the rest.
Delivery:
Once your Lay-By is fully paid, your item(s) will be scheduled for delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your Lay-By before completion, a non-refundable R250 handling fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
Returns:
Lay-By purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges, due to the extended holding period which prevents us from reselling the item.

How does your deliveries work?
Local Deliveries (within South Africa):
All local orders are delivered via The Courier Guy, though alternative trusted couriers may be used when necessary.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and may be affected by public holidays or peak shopping periods.
International Orders:
For international shipping, please contact us to request a quote.
Your shipping quote will be calculated based on your delivery address, the weight of your parcel, and the contents of your order.
Once the payment reflects, your order will be released for shipping. We will provide you with the full waybill and order details via email.

What are your operating hours?
Monday to Friday 9am - 18:00pm
Saturday 9am - 13pm
Public holidays - Closed
We also work flexi hours so we may respond outside of business hours.
Do you sell on behalf of the public?
Yes, we do offer consignment! This means we stock items on behalf of the seller and take a commission only once the item is sold.
When we are open to accepting new consignments, this will be announced on our social media platforms — so be sure to follow us for updates.
Please note: Only items in very good or excellent condition will be considered.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want you to love what you ordered! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns work:

Items may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price paid, provided that:

Placing Orders:
You may place orders for items listed on our website, which The Shopping Cart (TSC) may accept or decline at our discretion. Please note that stock is limited and subject to availability.
We take all reasonable steps to update our website to reflect accurate stock levels. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of any item. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or store credit for the amount paid.
